"Europe at School" series of meetings, lessons on European topics.
The meetings, entirely free of charge, take place in upper secondary schools throughout the Veneto Region that request them at the beginning of the 2026-2027 school year. The meetings last approximately 2 hours and cover a range of European topics, including the priorities of the European Union, European institutions, European citizenship, and the future of Europe.
The meetings are held from January to March 2027 in classes of the final years of upper secondary schools. The activity follows an interactive approach and focuses on European institutions and policies, opportunities for young people and transnational mobility, and the future of the European Union.

The meetings are the result of cooperation between Eurodesk - Europe Direct of the Municipality of Venice, the European Federalist Movement, and the Civil Service and Electoral Service offices of the Municipality of Venice.

During the meetings, the "Let's Become European Citizens" Competition,  aimed at students in the final three years of upper secondary schools in the Veneto Region, is presented. The deadline for submitting entries was 20 April 2027. The winners are awarded in May 2027 in Mestre, Venice.
