13.05.2026 Award ceremony for the ‘Let's Become European Citizens’ competition

The ‘Let’s Become European Citizens’ competition for the 2025/2026 academic year, aimed at young people and schools, has been organised by the European Federalist Movement in collaboration with Europe Direct Venezia Veneto of the City of Venice to encourage active and informed European citizenship. The competition is open to students in their final three years of upper secondary school in the Veneto region.

The meeting will be attended by schools that have joined the"A scuola d'Europa" series of meetings and have entered the "Diventiamo cittadini europei" (‘Let's Become European Citizens’) competition:

• Istituto "ENAIP" of Padova (PD)
• Istituto Cavanis of Possagno, Treviso (TV)
• Liceo Statale "Duca degli Abruzzi" of Treviso (TV) 
• Istituto Tecnico Statale "Giuseppe Mazzotti" of Treviso (TV)
• Istituto di Istruzione Secondaria di Secondo grado "Marco Casagrande" of Pieve di Soligo (TV)
• Istituto di Istruzione Superiore "Andrea Gritti" of Venezia-Mestre (VE)
• Liceo Statale “Luigi Stefanini” of Venezia-Mestre (VE)
• Istituto di Istruzione Superiore Statale "Majorana-Corner" of Mirano (VE)

A total of eight schools from three different counties are involved: Padova, Treviso e Venezia.
