The winners have been awarded an official certificate and will participate in a holiday and European training stay in Nocera Umbra (PG) from 21 to 26 July 2025.

On May 15, 2025, Europe Direct Venezia Veneto also organized the follow-up to "A Sea of Centers", the national project of the Italian Europe Direct Information Centers, coordinated by the European Commission in Genoa in April 2024, in which the Europe Direct Venezia Veneto center also participated.

The follow-up project in Venice, "A Sea of Centers, Together for the Future of the Sea," took place in person with a conference by Mariasole Bianco of Worldwise Onlus, in agreement with the European Commission Representation in Italy. The event was open to young people, citizens, and schools participating in the "Let's Become European Citizens" 2025 competition.

The initiative, which focuses on environmental issues and EU policies for climate neutrality, is the result of a collaboration between a group of Italy's Europe Direct Information Centers: ED Genova, ED Trieste, ED Ravenna, ED Siena, ED Chieti, ED Trapani Sicilia, ED Nuoro, ED Taranto, ED Romagna, ED Venezia Veneto, ED Campobasso, ED Vesuvio, ED Abruzzo, ED Palermo, ED Roma Tre, and ED Marche.

With the occasion was presented the call for tenders for the International Competition of Communication and Creativity "Climate ChanCe" which reaches its thirteenth edition. The international competition of communication and creativity for published and unpublished works on the theme of climate change is organized by the Shylock University Theatre Center of Venice, In collaboration with Europe Direct of the Municipality of Venice and the Ca' Foscari University of Venice and under the patronage of CMCC, WWF ITALIA, LEGAMBIENTE e ISDE ITALIA - MEDICI PER L'AMBIENTE. The initiative aims to enhance works and projects that offer an effective message on the theme of the climate crisis and the environmental and social aspects related to it.
