A scuola d'Europa - meetings for veneto high schools 2025

Cycle of meetings ‘A scuola di Europa’, lessons on European issues.
The meetings, which were totally free of charge, took place at secondary schools in the Veneto region that requested them at the beginning of the 2024-2025 school year. The duration of the meetings was about 2 hours and the European topics covered ranged from EU priorities, European institutions, European citizenship and the future of Europe.
The meetings were concentrated from January to March 2025 at classes in the last years of high school. The activity had an interactive slant and focuses on European institutions and policies, opportunities for young people and transnational mobility, and the future of the Union.

The meetings were the result of the collaboration between: Eurodesk - Europe Direct of the Municipality of Venice, the European Federalist Movement and the Civil and Electoral Service offices of the Municipality of Venice.

During the meetings, the competition ‘Let's become European citizens’ dedicated to the students of three-year secondary schools in the Veneto Region was illustrated. The deadline for submitting the test was 15 April 2025. The winners were then awarded in May 2025.
