Eurotraining online Course 2025

Once again this year, the Eurotraining online course will be held and aims at providing training for businesses, local authorities and professionals operating in the Veneto region. The same partners are involved in this training opportunity: Unioncamere of the Veneto Region - Eurosportello, Europe Direct Venezia Veneto of the Municipality of Venice and the Veneto Region.

The course is structured over seven training days, which will take place this autumn from September to November online from 11:00 to 13:00. In addition to the classic introductory modules and key elements of design, this year's course will be enriched with a practical approach to the use of Artificial Intelligence and will feature two thematic focuses.

Modules of the online course:

  • Module 3 - Key elements of European project design: Planning, Management and Quality
  • Module 4 -  Tools and opportunities for European project design: in-depth thematic analysis

Module 1 - INTRODUCTION TO EUROPEAN FUNDS AND BUSINESS SUPPORT

Wednesday, 15 October 2025, 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
  • Introduction to AI and applications in European project design
  • Overview of the main Artificial Intelligence platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Perplexity, Gemini, Notebook LM, Deepseek) and their use in searching for calls for proposals and generating project ideas.
  • Guided approach to using AI to analyse calls, validate sources, and prepare useful content for SMEs in the pre-design phase.
 
Wednesday, 22 October 2025, 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
  • Writing European projects with the support of AI: methods and tools
  • Practical techniques for using AI in drafting the main sections of a proposal: Excellence, Impact, Implementation
  • Building customised prompts, defining partnerships, dissemination strategies and budget drafts. Step-by-step approach, with examples applicable to the main European programmes
 
Module 3 - KEY ELEMENTS OF EUROPEAN PROJECT DESIGN: PLANNING, MANAGEMENT AND QUALITY
