4.11 - 2.12.2020 - Thematic meetings "Regionalisms in Europe. Deepen to understand: an open dialogue" in Mestre (VE)

On Wednesday 4 and 18 November and December 2, 2020, the service Europe Direct Venezia Veneto of the City of Venice and the Department of Comparative Linguistic and Cultural Studies of the University of Venice, in collaboration with the Association Nicola Saba, organize a series of meetings on the theme of Regionalisms in Europe, in order to better understand the origins and dynamics of these phenomena that have established themselves in Europe.
Deepening some of the most striking cases, beyond the chronicle and interpretation, will help to deconstruct the myths of identity and to put in a different perspective the pressures autonomist and regionalist.
The meetings are held at the Workshop of Taste and at the end of each meeting will be offered an aperitif with tasting of a typical dish of the geographical area.
