"School of Europe" meetings for Venetian high schools 2021

Cycle of meetings "School of Europe", lessons on European issues.
The meetings, totally free of charge, take place at the secondary schools of the Veneto region that requested it at the beginning of the school year 2020-2021. The duration of the meetings is approximately 2 hours and the European themes covered range from European Union priorities, European institutions, European citizenship and the future of Europe.
In 2021 the meetings are concentrated in classes of the last school years of high school. The activity is interactive and is oriented towards European institutions and policies, youth opportunities and transnational mobility and the future of the Union.

Despite the coronavirus pandemic that hit our country, Europe Direct of the City of Venice continues to help teachers in their work as distance educators in a 100% virtual mode offering students lessons in European civic education.

The meetings are the result of the collaboration between: Europe Direct of the City of Venice, the Office of Community Policies and International Relations of the Province of Padua, Eurocultura, ESN Erasmus Student Network, the European Federalist Movement and GFE Venice.
