Online Eurotraining Course 2026 

This year again, the Online Eurotraining Course is being held with the aim of providing a training programme for businesses, local authorities and professionals operating in the Veneto region. This training opportunity continues to involve the same partners: Eurosportello-Unioncamere del Veneto, Europe Direct Venezia Veneto of the Municipality of Venice and Veneto Region. 

The course is structured into seven training sessions, which will take place online next autumn, from October to November, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Module 2 - PROJECT QUALITY: FROM PROPOSAL SUBMISSION TO ACTIVITY MANAGEMENT - Methodologies, evaluation criteria and practical tools for planning, monitoring and managing European projects 
Friday, 16 October 2026 | 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. 
Monitoring and evaluating project quality: operational tools, criteria and practices for monitoring processes, activities and results during implementation - Federica Sancillo, Project Manager 
This session illustrates how to plan and implement quality monitoring and evaluation during project implementation, highlighting its role in demonstrating both the proper execution of activities and the quality level of results achieved. Starting from the definition of a Quality Plan, roles, tools and procedures for monitoring processes, activities and project outputs will be presented. Particular attention will be devoted to the systematic collection of qualitative data, KPI monitoring and the use of evaluation results to trigger continuous improvement actions.

Quality of an Erasmus+ Proposal: Consistency with the Call, Evaluation Criteria and Selection Procedures - Manuela Costone, Senior Project Manager 
The session aims to provide participants with an in-depth understanding of the factors that determine the quality of an Erasmus+ application, with particular emphasis on project consistency with the call, official evaluation criteria and selection procedures. The training programme guides participants through the analysis of Erasmus+ Calls for Proposals, clarifying how to correctly interpret priorities, specific objectives and eligibility requirements in order to develop solid, relevant and competitive project proposals. Particular emphasis is placed on alignment between needs, objectives, activities, expected results and impact, which are key elements for a successful application.

Technical and Administrative Management of European Projects: The Key Role of the Project Manager - Valentina Colleselli, Expert in European Policies and Local Development 
The module aims to outline the strategic competencies of the Project Manager in planning, operational coordination and financial reporting of European projects, providing practical technical management guidelines. Particular attention will be devoted to the Interreg programme, examining its specific procedural features, territorial cooperation processes and impact assessment tools. 
 
Module 3 - WRITING AND MANAGING EUROPEAN PROJECTS WITH ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AGENTS 
In European project design, Artificial Intelligence should not simply be used, but effectively governed. Writing and managing a European project with AI is not merely a collection of prompts, nor a sequence of automated requests submitted to a platform. It is a structured, methodological and supervised process. This module introduces AI Agents, operational configurations that enable the use of platforms to be organised in a stable, replicable and coherent way throughout the project development process.
