The Europe Direct service has its office in Venice in the Palazzo Ca' Loredan-Ca' Farsetti, a municipal office in the heart of the ancient city close to the Rialto Bridge, accessible to the disabled.

The office is easily reachable with the local public transport: indeed the waterbus lines 1 and 2 connect the train station and Piazzale Roma with the heart of the ancient city. 

The office is located on the ground floor, near the entrance, next to the Public Relations Office URP and the "Città per Tutti" office, Informhandicap, accessible and identified with a totem.

The spaces of the Europe Direct service include:

• an area to welcome the public
• an area for consultation and reading
• a location for internet for online researches
• three workstations

- Mestre
The Europe Direct service has its office in Mestre, Street Spalti 28, just a few steps away from Piazza Ferretto, accessible to disabled people.

The office can be easily reached by local public transport.
