20.11.2026 - Free Training Programme for Language Teachers

Le Lingue nel Mondo Associazione Culturale APS ETS, recognised by the Ministry of Education and accredited for language and professional training, is offering a series of free training courses for language teachers in primary schools and lower and upper secondary schools, taking place in November 2026 in the regions of Veneto and Lombardy, specifically in Venice, Nerviano (Milan) and Suzzara (Mantua). These courses provide an opportunity to explore practical teaching tools, activities and strategies that can be directly applied in the classroom through hands-on, workshop-based training sessions with a strongly practical and participatory approach. The courses have a limited number of places available and are completely free of charge, subject to registration via the application form online. They are delivered by an institution accredited by the former MIUR, now the MIM (Ministry of Education and Merit), and participants will receive a certificate of attendance upon completion.

In Venice, the language training courses will take place on Friday, 20 November 2026, at the Liceo Luigi Stefanini in Mestre (Via del Miglio, 30, 30173 Venezia VE), from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm (participant registration from 2:30 p.m.). Europe Direct Venezia Veneto of the Municipality of Venice will be present at the initiative, which offers teachers a valuable opportunity to update their professional skills, exchange views on new teaching methodologies, and promote language learning, a key competence for fostering mobility, intercultural exchange, and participation in an increasingly European dimension. The courses adopt a workshop-based and participatory approach and are dedicated to the teaching of English, French, and Spanish.
