Public Relations Office (URP)

The Public Relations Office is a service set up to guarantee clarity to administration activities and finalised to the knowledge of the needs of the citizen, with a view to general organisational renewal. It is a communications service, which recognises and values the right of citizens to being informed, listened to and receive a clear and thorough response, promoting their active role and participation in the choices for the city.

The URP provides information on: locations, opening times and activities of the offices and municipal services, laws, documentation, persons in charge and time required to complete paper work, position of single items of paper work, decisions adopted by the Administration, activities of the Town Council and Council Commissions, social, economic and cultural life of the city.

The URP processes: research on the level of satisfaction of the users of municipal services, analysis on the needs expressed by the citizens, suggestions on the improvement of the forms of communication between Administration and citizens, information concerning the other services of Public Administration.

The URP distributes: information cards to allow maximum diffusion of the initiatives of the City council, forms necessary to start all the paperwork and to obtain registration to the associations of the Town Register.

The URP accepts: information requests, citizen complaints and suggestions, which can be presented at the counters or by e-mail.
